Please note, there are other major events taking place in Sacramento over the wedding weekend so please make your travel arrangements early.

To help with planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the date provided. We must provide the venue with an accurate head count at that time so should you miss the deadline, we look forward to celebrating with you at a later date.

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the Kimpton Sawyer Hotel.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors after the sun has set. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors. There will be an outdoor lounge space available during the reception. The average temperature in Sacramento during October is in the high 60s/low 70s.

There will be valet and self-parking available at the venue. Please follow the signs for the applicable lot.

Please just note that in your response and we will let the venue know. However, it is always a good idea to let your server know upon arrival.

We will, of course, have a hosted bar available our guests but Sam (as a former bartender) would be remiss if she didn't remind you to tip your bartender.

We are at capacity with our venue which means we are sadly unable to accommodate any additional guests outside those listed on your invitation. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

While we love each and every one of your children, the ceremony and reception will be for adults (21+) only. We hope that each of you use this opportunity to have fun and celebrate with us! If you are joining us from out of town, please contact us for childcare recommendations. Unfortunately, everyone's favorite babysitter (Sam's mom) will be busy on this evening.

We will have a fantastic team of photographers and videographers capturing the entire event so we respectfully request that no phones be used during the ceremony but please feel free to take as many photos as you'd like during the cocktail hour and reception.
